Jen was really incredible to work with. I had a ton of questions, especially as an out of state buyer; Jen answered them all thoroughly and promptly. Jen is extremely knowledgeable about different transaction types (mine had a foreign seller) and the local market. She made purchasing a breeze.
Ya'll... you don't understand how amazing Jen is. She not only found us a home in the heart of Bellingham, but she got us into it UNDER BUDGET. There are a lot of personable, skilled, experienced realtors in Bellingham but Jen really stands out among them because she places a high value on acting in a moral fashion while simultaneously having excellent strategic thinking.
