I absolutely adore Jen and she has helped me more than I can put into words. She is very down to earth, kind, and caring. She challenges me to work on myself and I have learned so much from her and she will still be my therapist when I’m 80. Shhh! I haven’t told her yet

I believe that the universe guided me to Jen and at the exact right time. She is very holistic and in addition to talk therapy, is able to use therapeutic methods like somatic movement, yoga, mediation and tapping to heal trauma and guide you. She introduced me to internal family systems which changed my life. I saw her through Telehealth and never felt disconnected at all. Her calm and patient energy can be felt through the screen. 10/10 highly recommend. 💫
