Jen was professional, responsive and diligent in helping me prepare my mother’s home for sale and then getting the home sold for cash in eight days for an amount significantly more than expected. I live out of state and one of the reasons I picked Jen to represent my mother was Jen’s experience with the situation I was in. Jen did not disappoint me and the overall experience was very positive.
We worked with Jen on buying a home in Washington state while living in California. Jen answered all of our questions promptly and FaceTimed us while looking at the house multiple times. She went above and beyond everything, we asked of her! We look forward to working with her again in the future!
Amazing and Professional Real Estate Agent! Sold my new house ( I am the builder) with 5 offers in 48 hrs for more than we both thought. Jen kept me informed every single step of the way from many pre visits to comps, staging, listing, offers and all the steps thru and to closing. I might add that so many realtors are only interested in their commish, not Jen. Basically she was my third arm in this transaction and I am utilizing her expertise and customer focused demeanor again!
Jen is wonderful to work with! We were relocating from another state, and while we were able to visit the area and see houses in person, we also depended on her judgment when we were house hunting remotely.
