Update: Your response was unnecessarily passive-aggressive and condescending for a problem your business created. I have been receiving spam calls from your office for well over a year—ranging from multiple times a week to multiple times a day, at all hours. When I do answer, I’m met with a recording saying, “Thank you for calling, please call us back to speak with someone.” You’re essentially asking me to spend my time fixing an issue I never signed up for in the first place.
