Visited store in person, Cheri was a gem. Super helpful, kind and keeps the customers happy.
Great place to work. Been doing shipping and receiving for about 18 months now. Only 8 employees who help each other out when needed. Good pay and benefits. Very knowledgable about their products. Employees are very courteous. Nice little family business.
Called for Tuxedo lift cylinder repacking, Jemko ordered packings. Tech came, tried to take nut off cylinder rod. Said threads were stripped, need new cylinder. Week later 2 techs arrived to install. Said we need pump replaced. Stopped them. Started repair myself. Took nut off rod, not stripped. Tech had rotated rod until cylinder came apart inside. Replaced cylinder, primed pump, lift works fine, Lift was unusable when tech left first time, worse shape 2nd time. Called office and was told they didn't usually work on Tuxedo ... read more
