Poor communication to the chefs or the chefs are unable to read not quite sure. Then when you try to have it corrected ya get hair in your home fries... beware!!!
Used to be my favorite! Great people, Great food, Great environment. .. until today. My daughter didn't finish her lunch because an employee was SMOKING a cigarette in the KITCHEN. Yes, inside the restaurant, in the kitchen! The whole restaurant began to stink, which meant any of our remaining food was not eaten. Not professional or sanitary. We will NOT be back. It's a shame because we have been going there and loving it for many years.
I've passed by a zillion times ... Just stopped in for the first time today. Felt like I walked onto the set of Back to the Future. Great old Fifties luncheonette decor. breakfast served all day. Made a baby boomer like me a happy camper! I'll have to find a spot for a blog about this place on my StuffForBabyBoomers website where I can post some pictures later. You really feel like your part of the family who own and run this little Jem. When I come home to visit, I never miss having breakfast here.
Terrible portions, bacon burnt, pancakes so small. What happened Jem? You used to be amazingly! Followed up at Mc D's to savage birthday daughter's breakfast!
