We didn't even get to take a tour today the factory had a power outage which that's not like they can help that, Im rating it a 3 because the customer service lacked big time... NO ONE SMILED OR SAID HI IT WAS LIKE NOTHIN.... I went to get food the ladies behind the counter were rude. They said nothing I didn't know when to come to the counter. I attended this your when it was a guided tour and loved it! Now it's a walk through tour that is not great at all, such a great company that NEEDS to bring back a guided tour more calm and if people complained that they waited too long b4, then the company shall have a reservation list and leave a small amount for walk-ins that will keep consumers wanting to come back if they didn't get in!
Someone told me they didn't like the self-guided tour and they didn't give out the samples anymore. Letting you know
