Dr. JELLICOURSE NEVER FOLLOWS THROUGH ON ANYTHING. HIS STAFF IS THE SAME WAY. THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR BY LISTENING TO YOU. I HAVE WAITED BETWEEN 2 TO 4 HOURS TO SEE DR. JELLICOURSE or his PA, Beth. Then they treat you as an insignificant idiot. They have me terrified of seeking other medical help. Terrible experience.

Doesn?t listen...spends on a few seconds with you. Has his own minimally educated office staff answer all questions. Just are NOT smart or helpful. Have long history of family depression. Asked for referral and instead sent to ER who kept me in ER for ten hours while I waited fro a referral to a psychiatrist. Ended up in involuntary hospital pysch treatment which was awful. No real nurses just large black guys who used to play line positions for Alabama football. Not given pain meds.

Dr. Jellicorse is a kind and caring physician. He takes the time needed. I would recommend using hi or any one in his office.

They cancel your appointments just a few hours before your appointment (for me 2 times out of 3). Rude front office staff. Awful experience. I suggest you find someone else! I feel sorry for the one PA there that is professional but has to work in that environment. I suggest she find somewhere else too!
