WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! PART 2 – I went to 47th st, they resize my ring in 3 days and they charged me only $20. I can't believe this woman.... What a b...ch!!! STAY AWAY FROM HER!!!!
Excellent Experience – I had my engagement ring made here and also both of our wedding rings. I found Jelena to be very knowledgeable and helpful in the whole experience. She even steered us in a more cost effective direction given that we were on a budget. We only had to go a couple of times and she even suggested that we go check out other places to make sure that we wanted her rings. On reading other reviews I definitely didn't have a bad experience. Could not be happier! – I just recently have purchased my wedding ring at this studio and decided to post my own experience, after reading these 2 previous reviews, which i disagree with. Be Afraid! Be Very Afraid! – I have to second the other user review for this location. The "designer" is horribly rude, unclear about her business expectations, and generally was not up front with me. I recently contacted Jelena to design an engagement ring. Through the course of several meetings, phone calls, and emails, she refused to discuss simple questions like the price and deposit amounts. AWFUL!!! – I don't know who wrote that this woman is chill it's so not the case. She must have wrote her own description. Ugly stuff bad attitude and that is being kind. Don't shop here! I wish I could give it zero stars but 1 is the lowest rating allowed.
