Mediocre Jewelry, RUDE service – The jewelry may be decent, but it is NOT worth it to have to deal with the owner. She yells and generally treats people with disrespect. Only a masochist could possible enjoy a visit to this store. I'd also like to note that however mildly fashionable her jewelry used to be, she now designs for the Jonas Brothers. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? – The owner is an absolute nightmare. She spoke to me...sorry yelled at me...just as you would expect an abusive boyfriend to speak to you. For the attitude that she produces one would think the products she offers would be anything above average. Quite frankly they are not.
Amazing All-Around Customer Service! – After shopping for wedding bands at boutiques (and hearing salespeople say things like "I'll fax the factory in Vietnam for a quote on that style"), we fantasized about finding a local artist to create something for us. Long time fan. My favorite jewelry! – I have been shopping at Jelena Behrend Studio since i was in college and lived in LES. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! – I ordered a customized ring, engagement one, the true market value for it is $400-$500, i paid $1,200, for her effort, though!!! NO WAY!!! Anyway, i miss the size for half size , so i told her and i went back there asking about it, she wanted to charge me $200 more and make me wait for a week, just for resized it.
