JELD-WEN has fallen apart.. INSANE lead times and when you get the order most likely something missing or broken.. lead times have hit 16 weeks - unknown.... always waiting on an order and almost no orders arrive on time.... absolute wreck.. Jeld-Wen needs some serious management overhaul.

Bi-Fold Doors (JII103A) - AVOID I didn't realize these doors were made of cardboard. Had to trim off 1/2" from the bottom and then realized the door had only a small element of wood-like substance (cardboard?) that made up the bottom rail of the door. After cutting off 1/2" the lower pivot pin no longer worked properly and I ended up throwing the doors away. Instructions don't mention any warning about trimming the doors (either top or bottom) but there is not enough material in either end to allow anything be removed. If th... read more
