First off, JEK rented us a unit (that they now sold to PRM Property Management) that they knew had basement flooding issues. This was evident by the carpet odor and removed baseboards. At the time I didn't think much of it. They did not disclose this to us before renting. After we signed a lease the basement flooded 4 times over the course of a year. Each time ruining our stuff. JEK is one of the best landlords around! Coming from both personal and professional experience, this company is top notch. Since they downsized, they have been able to prioritize tenants needs above anything else. Plus, I have never seen such clean apartments before! The ones I toured were spotless. Highly recommend this company, especially with their new focus on homes and duplex’s and being a small locally owned business, you cannot go wrong with JEK!
Affordable, but property not maintained well, parking issues and more. A lot of mold only addressed by bleach
