Jeff was totally rude!!!!...he was washing a neighbor's windows and parked in my driveway blocking my garage, and in a red zone in a private community. I politely asked him to move. He REFUSED!!!! I asked him why he couldn't park in front of the neighbor's garage who hired him. He said because he would be blocking them from getting out. WOW!
