We prepaid $3800 for lawn and rock areas. . They had trouble remembering what they were spraying/putting on grass every visit so far. The rock area was sprayed with pre emergent which worked well for a few months. When I saw weeds popping up I called for a touch up. A guy came, I pointed out (walked him to each area) that was the worst. He sprayed. Two weeks later all of those weeds plus a ton more are thriving. Very disappointed in Jeff's. They made an appointment to Meet us on the other side of town, 20 minutes away they never showed up or called us. we wasted an hour because of them.

Called and scheduled sprinkler blowout. Waited 2 weeks and called back to see when they would be coming to do the work. Their response "We are done with sprinkler blowouts for the season and the system says you were marked as cancelled". Definitely not going to be using them.

Very responsive. Easy to schedule. Had sprinkler blow out, which they did super quick and well. Highly recommend.
