He called and followed through looked at the job new what part to get and finished the job
He was very unprofessional about his return phone calls. I was never sure as to when he was to come and do the installation. I even gave him my neighbor's business since she was having the same problem as I. He made an appointment and then canceled it saying that the supplier had ordered the wrong windows. I didn't know this until I called him. He did not replace the rubber gasket around the window as he should have. He used silicone sealed instead because it was easier and faster. Jeff did a great job of repairing our rotting window frames. We knew we had found the right guy for the job when he told us he preferred to fix the existing frames rather than replace them. We were very happy with the results and will use him in the future when we need similar jobs doing.
Some mix-up on scheduling time - but arrived an hour after I had expected. Worked efficiently - left no mess. Rainy day - nothing on carpet and moved back patio furniture. Windows are installed perfectly. Will see how they continue with ice and snow. Is pricing was the best - and yes - I would definitely recommend him to my friends! Mrs. J. L. Hunt
He hasn't done the repairs but I did hire him and he is expected to perform repairs next Wed. So far his customer service quality has been excellent.
