Made a general assessment of the problem on first phone contact & provided a possible solution. Made a timely appointment. Showed up on time and made a repair. There was a minor adjustment problem that developed after he left and he returned in a very reasonable time period (next work day). Again, he called first and came by on time. He made the adjustment to the door. I liked his professionalism and would highly recommend him.
Very quick work with no problems. Installed safety glass in front door and a P-Trap under the sink. Highly recommend.
Jeff was nice, but doesn't know how to use a phone. When I gave him the deposit for the window he told me 2-3 weeks for delivery. After 3 weeks & 2 days I called and he said he would call the manufacturer and let me know later that day, but another week passed without me hearing from him, so I called and he told me he received it the previous week! I had a good experience. He had to order some parts, and I did not hear back from him. I wish he would have touched based at least to let me know that he was still waiting on the parts. I was not sure what was happening. Once he received the parts, he called and did a great fixing the problem I was having. I would recommend him to a friend.
Jeff arrived right on time, fixed the problem door, and the service charge was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend. Thanks Jeff!
I was very satisfied with Jeff's work. He was very timely for the estimate and repair and did a great job fixing my window leak. Jeff was good at explaining what needed to be done in order to repair the window and finished the job promptly. I would definitely refer him to a family member or friend and will call him again for house repairs.
