His quote was very resonable, he arrived on time, with the proper tools for the job, was friendly, completed the work in only a few hours, furnished everything needed for the job (including going out of his way to find and purchase a replacement post which matched those in the rest of the fence, and 'set it' in cement, same as the others). very nice man, as an architect and in the service indutry. #1. he did not regard the residence interior, by not taking his shoes off or even riping his feet off when I put a rug down after I told him it was there for thaT REASON. hE WAS QUICK TO MAKE HOLES IN THE CEILING REMOVE TILE IN THE TUB AREA ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS THE FITTING TO THE SPOUT THAT WAS LEAKING. customer had water leak. drywall in garage was wet from leak. removed damaged drywall.saw water dripping from above. Cust.told me she was able to replace drywall and not to quote replacing. The tile was removed around control valve to look for leak because we could not see control valve from access panel.Cust asked to have valve replaced,due to dripping.Cust.ok'd removing tile because she was going to remodel soon and did not want tile replaced. This handyman was hired to do a number of things. He completed most of them, but told me that he needed a part to complete the doorbell. I paid him for the work expecting for him to return to fix the doorbell. He did not after emailing and calling him.

Jeff took care of a list of issues that we needed help with. He did a vinyl siding and soffit repair, installed wood trim on a shed, added ventilation baffles in the attic, fixed a light switch, replaced 2 light fixtures, cleaned a gutter, and fixed some trim in the kitchen. Jeff was on-time to the estimate and to do the work. He did what he said, and did good work for a fair price. Thanks Jeff! I will definitely call again!
