Jeff did not show up the first couple of times he said he was going to do the job, nor did he call to inform me. By the 3rd time I told him that if he blew me off again, don't bother. Once he finally went there, the work was completed to my satisfaction and the price was good.
Not only did he do the door, but he repaired a broken electrical connection on our power washer and stopped my mail box from drooping into the street. He was professional, courteous, on time (early actually ? which was nice.) The only thing is, is that I asked for a quote to repair damaged drywall in our basement ceiling from when the bathtub leaked upstairs.
