Two days in advance, a prescription was requested for an anxiety medication. It was declined with no call from Dr. Gerber's office - my husband found this out after calling to verify the prescription. He was upset because he wouldn't be able to get into see the doctor for 3 days - his meds would be gone that day (for anxiety). Not good customer service. He then got into a panic and tried to explain the situation. They took offense to this and called 10 minutes later to decline him as a patient.
