Has anyone ever been fired from a medical provider? I had this exact experience at Dr. Gerber's office. They only check VM twice a day, so don't leave a VM. Best to keep calling. The office is closed periodically so the entire staff can attend Dr. G's low carb conference. And God forbid, don't put in a complaint about the front desk. They will throw drugs at you instead of getting to the bottom of your issue. Keto does not solve everything. They watched me suffer with a debilitating illness for years, and I had to figure it out myself.
I just started seeing Dr. Gerber and his team, and they are fantastic! I got tired of traditional doctors who write prescriptions and do not solve the root problem. Dr. Gerber is all about lifestyle medicine to resolve the issue. I went from five drugs to one, and my goal is to get off the high blood pressure meds ASAP.
I've been seeing Dr. Gerber and his team for well over 5 years. Over that time, I've lost nearly 50 lbs and resolved a long standing hormone issues impacting my weight and energy. I highly recommend Dr. Gerber and his team if you are challenged by weight loss - but be clear - it will require work and dedication to a plan, but if you want to lose the weight, you will.
Erynn Kay was great, but she's no longer there. She had good people skills, listened, was concerned & educated on best natural treatments. Jennifer Hooker is the exact opposite. I'd been sick with Covid 19 symptoms for 3+ months, yet she instantly dismissed it's possibility, said it's 'just' bronchitis. Dr. Gerber is amazing! With his help my cholesterol was cut in half without medication. He is truly on the cutting edge of cholesterol and weight loss medicine. He is also very kind and encouraging.
I was seen by Jennifer Hooker, MHS. She was amazing. She listened to my concerns, she was very understanding and had great suggestions. It felt I was with a friend. The office staff was really nice, helpful and friendly. They made my day.

I went to Dr Gerber's office last week for the first time as a new PCP patient. I wasn't sure what to expect with customer service - some of the on-line reviews are not good. Yet I was totally impressed- they're super professional, courteous, responsive, kind and caring. I saw Jennifer the PA- she was great! Nicole & Christine out front were totally awesome as well. I cannot say enough good things about my first experience there.
