I am writing this review to inform potential patients of Dr. Jeffry Mercado about the unprofessional conduct exhibited by his staff, which I regret to say is among the most discourteous I have ever encountered. The level of patient care in this office is shockingly inadequate. I had booked an appointment over a month and half in advance, only to learn the day before that the doctor does not even work in that office on Tuesdays. Dr Mercado is wonderful! He cares, he’s highly competent and considers all possibilities, and he goes the extra mile. He is reminiscent of doctors from back in the day who made themselves available even after hours. Appointments with him do not feel rushed or impersonal. He's been a God-send in my recent treatment of chronic pain from a failed spinal fusion 20 yrs ago at age 30.
