We have been faithful customer's of Jeffery's for well over 4 years, but today we had the WORST experience ever. After ordering our food (a burger, fries, and bowl of chill) we waited over 45 minutes for our food to arrive ice cold. When talking with their staff we were offered no apology, no resolution, and then given a bill for $26.... To add insult to injury we had to leave so we asked for "to go" boxes and were given containers that couldn't even package the chili they charge me for... Love this place!! They found out our boys love to cook and brought them gloves, allowed them to meet the chef, got a tour of the kitchen, and a special dessert!!! They are in Heaven!!!
Had to wait over 45 minutes for food and it didn't come all at once. Slow service. Disappointed and no concern on servers part. When there are only 3 people to serve everybody should get their meal at the same time especially after waiting so long to receive it.
Horrible service. The first time my family and I went in there, we asked the hostess for a booth. She said they were all full and that if we wanted a booth we should of gotten there at 4pm, then suggests we just go to another restaurant. The second time I went there by myself and sat at the patio. It took the server about 10 mins to get my drink order, another 15 mins for her to come back to get my food order (I had to flag her down). Bad experience today - disappointed & walked out... An hour 5 minutes after taking our order, and a couple follow-ups on how much longer in-between, the waiter came by and said (with no apologies) that our order was missed by the staff in the kitchen & will start right away(Really??). Had a very hungry 9-year old & walked out to other options.
