Doctor Groves was great! He was ready to talk to and he asked questions. He did a couple of tests and ordered labs. He seems to care about his patients!! I have been in pain and had numbness and stabbing in my legs ,feet, hands and arms. He gave me a shot for inflammation that was amazing. So grateful! Definitely recommend doctor Groves!

Dr. Groves is a JOKE. I have been to his office 3 times in 3 weeks and I would say he talked to me for about 10 minutes total. He ordered all kinds of test and never explained why he was ordering any of them. I would ask his MA and she never had the answers for me. She talks to you like she is a Robot. I had an accident where I hit my head. I knew I had a concussion. He ordered test after test and never explained to me why nor did he ever go over the results of my test. He wants another MRI. I have Chiari Malformation type 1. It has been difficult to find a doctor that actually believed I was having neurological symptoms. I went to Dr. Groves and he not only believed me, he knew the symptoms that are typically associated with Chiari. As a single woman, he didn’t speak down to me and he treated me as an equal. He was a little reserved, and yet, very pleasant. He patiently answered my questions and he had cutting edge ideas for treatment. His staff is great too. So far, I’m impressed.

This doctor is not personable at all. His staff also doesn't know what insurances he accepts. We had to reschedule, because they didn't know if they accept select health. After trying to reschedule he refused us and offered us to a referral system. When calling the referral system to find a new doctor they were no help because he never contacted them with our medical records or mri. I do not recommend going to this doctor.

My young adult daughter has battled Vertigo for 11 years. After seeing an audiologist and her PC doctor, we were referred to Dr. Groves. Dr. Groves was friendly, articulate, asked questions, reviewed her MRI, and diagnosed her. He ordered additional tests to rule out other possibilities. Highly recommend Dr. Groves, 5 stars. His staff, amazing!!! It is nice to know after 11 years what you are dealing with. Thank you Dr. Groves.

My experience with Dr Groves was terrible. Unrealistic office policies and he is very arrogant. I do not think he brought anything t the table beyond what I knew. He recommended an eeg test when I do no think the indicators were there--I would definitely NOT recommend this person--he is a terrible doctor.

I had two office visits with Dr. Groves. Total time speaking with the Doctor: About 38 seconds. He asked almost no questions about my situation, seemed indifferent to information I provided, and wanted to move on to the next patient. Then he ordered an EEG test for me--which turned out to be an out-of-network provider, who has charged me $42,000! For a simple test! That is about 10 times what it should cost! I don't know how that is ethical.

Dr Groves accepted me & diagnosed me when I had zero insurance and when I was desperate for answers. he is a very attentive and brilliant neurologist, I recommend him to anyone that seeks a calm, sincere & friendly Dr.

Worst doctors office visit!! Looking for a neurologist I strongly encourage you go elsewhere policies in this office are quite the joke.. They moved office buildings I came in 1 min past cut off still 10 min to the next appt and they refused to see me.. Needless to say I do not plan on returning. He's not personable anyways.
