He performed some verbal tests and ordered an MRI of my brain
Very nice experience. Dr. Groves explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. And I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes.
Dr. Groves and his staff were all very prompt and professional. I didn’t wait more the 2 or 3 minutes between stages of the appointment. I explained what was going on and he knew immediately what the diagnosis was, explained the medication and side effects. He was very thorough and knew what he was talking about. I read some of his 1 star reviews and this was not my experience at all. I give him and his staff a 5 star rating.
Dr. Groves and his assistant Vanessa Beard were recommended during a visit to an Urgent Care. That "injury" provided an avenue to great care from Dr. Groves and his staff. Thorough!!! Kind!!! Professional!!! I feel like I have finally found a neurologist who is ready and willing to address my needs. Additionally, follow-up recommendations (to other specialists) have been fruitful and quite warranted. Excellent care and service!!! I have already recommended him to my daughter.
Every visit I have had with Dr. Groves or one of his assistants has been top-notch, thorough...Nothing but praise for a Doctor and staff who care and are there for their patients!
I had been having some neurological symptoms - balance and cognitive issues, with a mild tremor, and worried I was developing the early stages of Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Groves and his staff put together a comprehensive workup which did find some issues to be addressed, but ruled out PD. He, his office staff and physician assistant were very professional, helpful, and easy to work with, and I would highly recommend them for any nervous system concerns.
The referral for my daughter was sent to Dr. Groves’s office today- and they called today to schedule an appointment. Dr. Groves and his office is on top of everything! Excellent!
First off, he mistook me for another patient and entered the room ready to do a test that was irrelevant. He was not thorough and wanted to repeat testing. Did not take me seriously.
Great friendly and helpful assistants/staff. Dr Groves was very thorough and really seemed concerned in helping me. His staff called me back the very next day with lab results. Finally found someone who can help me. So glad I went to him.
