I enjoyed Dr. Groves and his staff. Although he is a quiet Dr., he answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand. He diagnosed my problem quickly, when others could not.
I am very hopeful coming to see Dr Groves for migraine treatment. I wish I would have come much sooner. He listened and looked at the information I brought with me and I feel we have a good plan going forward. Nothing unnecessary - just the right approach.
I was very impressed with the front office. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Groves came in a explained what he would be doing. He has sent me to a lab for blood work. I feel he was very thorough. He has performed more tests than other Doctors checking for Neuropathy. I was very happy with my vist.
It was my first visit and I was amazed with all of it. Very high-tech, yet so functional, effective and warm. Dr. Groves is excellent and deserves a very high rank. Enjoyed the first visit.
Staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions.

Dr. Groves turned my MRI'S around and schedule Dr. Krulls office visit. Thank you Dr. Groves.
Dr seemed nice but very quite. Nurse and front desk was nice and friendly. Biggest complaint is, a test was run that was not covered by insurance. I was not told or warned about not being covered. The test is investigational and so no insurance will cover it. Doctors buy the machine as a money maker for the office. I had met all out of pocket on insurance and expected all visits and tests to be covered. As I am now disabled from cancer and can not pay extra for tests just so the dr can make more from a test that is not appro... read more
