Very professional and performed diagnostics quickly and efficiently to forward information to my surgeon for my medical issue.
I was impressed with his staff, his assistant, and Dr. Groves. All of them were kind and I felt like Dr. Groves really listened. I am in the beginning stages of trying to figure out what is happening and I felt like he took everything I said seriously. I enjoyed Dr. Groves and his staff. Although he is a quiet Dr., he answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand. He diagnosed my problem quickly, when others could not.
I am very hopeful coming to see Dr Groves for migraine treatment. I wish I would have come much sooner. He listened and looked at the information I brought with me and I feel we have a good plan going forward. Nothing unnecessary - just the right approach.
I was very impressed with the front office. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Groves came in a explained what he would be doing. He has sent me to a lab for blood work. I feel he was very thorough. He has performed more tests than other Doctors checking for Neuropathy. I was very happy with my vist.
It was my first visit and I was amazed with all of it. Very high-tech, yet so functional, effective and warm. Dr. Groves is excellent and deserves a very high rank. Enjoyed the first visit.
Staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions.
