At the beginning it was great, everyone was amazing and nice. Then I received a bill months after my first appointment. When asked why I had an extra $200 on my bill, was told it was 90 past due. I only received 1 bill last month. They stacked the bills instead of billing me for my first appointment in February. When I called the office I was told I avoided them so I didn't have to pay. I have been seeing Dr. Berger for about six years now I feel is the best dentist in town never have a problem with his team is excellent always makes you feel comfortable
My first experience with Dr. Berger's office was after I was referred by my Doctor at the Va. I was greeted by a great staff. They eased my fear of dentist and real helped me. Over all I feel they really care about my health and satisfaction in service and care I receive. I will be returning and I recommend Jeffrey W Berger, DDS PC hands down and with better more healthy smile.
He and his staff are wonderful
Jeff has helped me realize the value in caring for my teeth. Without him and his awesome staff, my teeth would never be in the shape they are. He was able to fix some of my “not so good” dentistry work from my previous years, and succession planning for the future. Because of him and his staff my kids actually enjoy going to the dentist! The quality of work from this office is truly amazing.
