Called and made appointments for me and my husband 6 weeks ago. The receptionist asked multiple times if it was for two separate appointments and took both of our information. My husband travels for work and whenever he’s in town we share one car, which is why we had to schedule 6 weeks out, because that was the earliest they had two appointments available. I had been to a couple other Dentist and I wasn’t happy with the outcomes but I can honestly say Dr. Jones did a great job with my dentures his staff was great and the facility was very nice and he’s taking good care of my best friend now and I don’t have to worry about it because he’s in good hands so in a nut shell Dr.Jones is the Bomb💯💪
Going into this dentist seemed like a great dentist. Even with being I was sent the wrong address which lead me to drive Downtown which should have been specified in my appointment letter. Ok I get there staff seemed to be pretty nice. Up until leaving the front desk workers are very lazy I never after waiting for 30mins for documents. I was later told I can leave that they would be sending documents to my email never gotten the documents until a week later. Awesome experience and Dr. Jefrey V Jones is tge best!
So many amazing things to say about Dr. Mejia and the staff! My schedule is a nightmare working in medicine and I frequently move appointments around. Every time the front desk are super accommodating and I am ALWAYS seen right on time if not early. One time I showed up a week early (mistake on my end after working 24 hour shift my brain wasn't working) and Dr. Mejia herself did my cleaning so I didn't have to come back. She is so kind, skilled, and just the best!
