I am a dentist. I have seen Dr. Jone's work ,some 30 years old, and it was excellent.
Be careful of this office. They will either not file your fees with Medicare in time or only file part of your fees. By not filing with Medicare, they get more from the patient than what Medicare would pay them. Also, in our case, when they filed, they only filed part of our fees, Medicare paid this office and they not only pocketed what we paid, but also kept what Medicare paid to them. In some visits they even denied they carried Medicare and the office staff said, "We are not obligated to tell you we take Medicare." When ... read more
I wish I had found Dr. Jones 15 years ago. As a person who has been traumatized by other dehumanizing dentists, I was relieved to have such wonderful care during my visit. He and his entire staff are friendly, kind, and thoughtful.
I wish I could give a zero honestly. Dr. Jones and his staff are LAZY. This is second time that I have had to call my own insurance to find out what is covered and what isn’t after they tried to charge me a out of pocket fee of 1700 when everything is 80% covered. They claimed the work I needed done usually isn’t covered by insurance companies. When i asked the secretary to call my insurance to see if the bone graft and implant were covered she huffed and puffed and looked at Dr.jones and walked away from me and didn’t fulfi... read more
This Denisit & his staff are so AWESOME & CARING. Dr. Jones worked on my son & he was so caring,concerned & so polite. And all of his staff are just the same. I am going to start seeing Dr. Jones as well. His staff has been with him 25- 30 years. So by knowing this people he has to be as GREAT as I am writing or staff wouldn't be with Dr. Jones this long. Thank you very much for taking great care of my son Dr. Jones & staff. This place is a 10 plus!
