Dr. Tseng is an excellent doctor. He is kind, understanding, and gets to the bottom of things. After being dismissed by another ENT, I saw Dr. Tseng who immediately took me seriously and figured out what was causing all of my issues. He did my FESS surgery and septoplasty and everything went perfectly, and I feel fantastic. He genuinely cares about his patients and their outcome. I had a Septoplasty and Turbinate Reduction surgery. Dr. Tseng went above and beyond to make sure i had the best results. I can now breathe so much better and am so happy!
Very poor communication between patient and front desk. Very arrogant and rude. Doctor is somewhat aloof. There are many other doctors out there, I am sure I can find a better fit.

This is an insurance related issue. I provided my insurance coverage to the staff before I made my appointment. They also had it from a previous office visit. After I arrived, and right before I was to see the doctor, they informed me he was out of my network and the office visit would be $190, and an additional $250 to examine my nose, where the actual problem is. I will highly recommend Dr. Tseng , took care of my sinus issues and resolved my daughter's breathing problem due to enlarged adenoids via surgery. Dr Tseng is an excellent doctor.
My daughter has seen both Edwin and Jeffery. They are both excellent doctors who are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them both.
