This practice Canceled my 1st appointment after driving 1.5 hrs to get there, because I was 10 minutes late, even though the doctor was running late!!!! Very unprofessional and rude! Never spoke this policy to me, or the lack of parking & the need for a visitor pass and only 1 working elevator. Also, took the patient I walked in with who was also 10 minutes late!
I was involved in a serious fall and have been to many Doctors.Dr.Truitt,Tracey, James and the Nurses are by FAR the nicest staff and most professional.I highly recommend Jefferson Pain management to anyone who may need help.I really appreciate everything guys. Sincerely, John Pistilli
