Incompetent doctor/incompetent staff. I went here for a simple procedure and it was a nightmare. The office manager; Lauren, is not the sharpest tool in the shed. She has no idea what she is doing. I would not use Doctor Jeffrey Truitt or Jefferson Pain Management on Red Lion Road in Philadelphia Pennsylvania unless you have a lot of time to spare for a very simple procedure.
Incompetent doctor; incompetent staff. I had a bad experience recently with Dr. Truitt and his staff. They messed up my treatment; and, subsequently cancelled the remainder of my procedure when I called them up on it. The business manager; Lauren, is not the sharpest tool in the shed. I got an email for an earlier appointment yesterday. Appointment time was 7:40. It took 5 mins to get thru security check-in. The elderly woman before me was going to the same office. When we arrived upstairs, she went in the wrong direction. When I called to her, I held the door for her and allowed her to check in ahead of me. There were 2 nurses there. This practice Canceled my 1st appointment after driving 1.5 hrs to get there, because I was 10 minutes late, even though the doctor was running late!!!! Very unprofessional and rude! Never spoke this policy to me, or the lack of parking & the need for a visitor pass and only 1 working elevator. Also, took the patient I walked in with who was also 10 minutes late!
