Office was packed. Staff were rude. Did not help my knee one bit The worst part? I changed insurance providers and have been uninsured for almost half a month because the office will not respond to Humana's request for records. I called several times and the staff are patronizing They are good at billing a high amount for a few minutes 'work' though!
