When I called to setup my new patient appointment the person was very nice but when I told her I had Medicare insurance only she quickly placed me on hold. After I waited a while on hold I hung up. If you only have Medicare insurance don’t try and go here.
At one time I would have given 5 stars. My wife and I were discharged after a rather unpleasant interaction with some secretary in his Eustis office for making a reasonable request. This without a call from the Doctor and after many years of being clients. The way this issue was handled I would not recommend to anyone.
