Most important, i presume the care itself was good. I have no complaints in this regard. However, i was told to arrive at 7:55 for an 8:40 appointment. After 8:40 there was a long wait in patient waiting room then another on the procedure bed. It seems disrespectful to make a person wait hours without explanation. Staff short? Early emergencies? Overbooked?
