I didn't see Dr. Rubinstein as a patient. I'm a physician and spoke with him about a mutual patient but this was the first time I'd met the man. Under no obligation or pressure to do so, he spent 1/2 hour on the phone discussing the case in an articulate, academic and compassionate manor, even researching and presenting study data to help determine the best path forward. I would expect about 5 minutes from most cardiologists for this type of encounter. If I do need a cardiologist for myself or my patients I'm calling Dr. Rub... read more

Was this doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Does this doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Definitely

Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this cardiologist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Do you feel confident that this provider will work with you until a solution is reached? Definitely

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I would in fact recommend this cardiologist. I was happy with the care I received and would encourage my family and friends to use them as well. I felt comfortable that the medical equipment they used was up-to-date and completely safe. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
