Doctor and staff answered my questions in an understandable manner for a lay person. All staff encountered were both very professional and reassuring in for what was to me a time when anxiety was quite high
My appointment was a bit delayed, but the wait was not too long. The nurse (Janet) was excellent. She was very easy to understand and talked to me explaining things I needed to know about the procedures to follow for my upcoming surgery. Dr. Rowe was very good. Very easy to understand and very knowledgeable in the surgery. He explained and had a diagram to show me of what is happening and why I need the surgery. I felt very good leaving the office knowing the Dr. and nurse were understanding and helpful.
An aneurysm was discovered when I was diagnosed with cancer in 2004. Dr. Rowe monitored the size. In 2005 he placed a stent in the aorta. He has continued to monitor the stent to make sure there wasn't leakage and the stent remained in place. I have had excellent care and excellent results. I want to thank Dr. Rowe and his staff for their care and concern.
Every step from acknowledging my appointment, to dept. desk, to the nurse and finally Dr. Rowe was quick and very professional. My time with Dr. Rowe was very direct, informing me of my test results and the checks that he did during that appointment. And I also had time to ask any questions that I had. It was a very positive experience
I was happy to be able to get the test done on the Carotid arteries and get the results from Dr. Rowe the same day. It saved driving many miles to come back for the results. My appointments were on time.
Dr. Rowe is very professional and very thorough with his examinations. He explains everything so that you understand what will take place.
Dr Rowe was very informative, we were told sometimes he can come off a little rough around the edges, but is a great doctor. We thought he was very kind, and definatley would keep our visits with him. I would recommend him. My mother has gained about 10 doctors in the last 3 months, and he ranks in the top 3!
Dr. Rowe provided outstanding medical treatment, advice, and follow up appts. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and patient care!!
I could not ask for any better doctor than Dr. Rowe. My husband and I were very impressed with his concern, kind, gentle but straight forward information on what was happening and possible outcome. His is so cordial at the postop visits as well. We are thankful for him and the surgical outcome of his work. Thank you Dr. Rowe. We appreciate you! His nurse, Janet, is the sweetest nurse and she puts you right at ease.
