I go to this salon atleast once or twice a year for color and cut. I see Gwen and I have never left the salon upset. She does amazing work and can really engage in what you want. I don't go anywhere else. Love the staff amd the atmosphere. Very very relaxing.
My first experience at Jeffrey Richard Salon was a complete JOY! Ta colored my hair and I LOVE it!!! Jeffrey had in mind a great cut! Needless to say I am thrilled!!! So much more than "a day at the salon." It was fun just watching their clients leave looking fabulous,and happy! You can see each "artist" that works there LOVES what they do! I will go back with great anticipation!!! Thank you Ta and Jeffrey!

I moved to Michigan in February and I have been dreading finding a new hairstylist. I'm not super picky and I don't do much to my hair but I still want it to look good. I looked up "best salons in Grand Rapids" and y'all came up. I called and was thrilled that Amy (she's awesome by the way) was able to get me in the same week. The salon is beautiful and relaxing.
