Seemingly knowledgeable. Charming. Pleasant. Hands-off. Questionable judgment. He set up an unlicensed contractor to do work at my house while I was overseas. It was ultimately shoddy. Like no upper windows could open during a heatwave, serious damage to the sills, and broken panes.
