I have seen Dr. Randal for various issue for over 20 years. He's fix my torn shoulders and both of my knees. I made full recoveries after all of his procedures. He is friendly. I ran into him last month outside the office. He recognized me and we had a casual conversation. As far as his skill, I feel he is a world class surgeon. I made full recoveries after all his surgeries. His staff is also outstanding. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him and his staff.
I have had many surgeries with Dr. Randall and would highly recommend him.
I felt completely ignored & my concerns were dismissed. I saw the doctor for maybe 30 seconds. They only solution offered was a cortisone shot for my knee, when I went in looking for a long-term solution to the pain. They basically told me that I have to deal with the arthritis in my knee until I'm 50 (when a knee replacement would be feasible). They also told me that a flare up may or may not happen again and offered no solution. I left feeling disregarded.
