What happened Optum???? Dr. Pan is always courteous, although I always feel rushed at my appointments. His previous staff was very kind, and attentive. The current staff is rude, condescending, lacks empathy, and does not follow through. I hope no patients have an urgent matter, if you do good luck, and wish you well.
