Can’t say enough good things about Dr Padalecki. I had a super broken clavicle split in two pieces. The surgery and rehab went great. Able to function in my triathlon activities just as well as before my surgery. Contrary to some of the other reviews,I found Dr Padalecki very pleasant and helpful.

Doctors shouldn’t bunch everyone in to one size fits all. I have a history of arthritis and I knew the difference of arthritis pain verses the pain I was enduring. After a year in pain took my sister advice hesitantly and saw her chiropractor, He actually heard me and in one visit fixed issue. Note: a misaligned tibia can mimic symptoms of meniscus tear. I have been seeing Dr. Padaleki for two years. He is such a wonderful Dr. He always takes the time to answer questions I have and explains his medical advice with you and helps you to understand how to strengthen your injuries. I highly recommend him and I’m always referring other people sho are looking for a a professional Dr. he is simply the best in Austin Texas.
Dr. Padalecki perfomed surgery on my z-fractured clavicle on May 21st and this surgeon has mad skills. I didn't need anything but Advil post-surgery. I'm 61 years old and 12 weeks later have made a complete recovery and can even sleep on my side again. You want a great orthopedic surgeon...Dr. Padalecki is your man!

RecommendedI’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr Padalecki for two fibula breaks. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He’s a wonderful surgeon and if I ever break something for a third time I’m going back to him.
Dr. Padalecki did surgery on my right torn miniscus in my knee. He was kind and gentle. My knee was back to normal within weeks. Unfortunately, I fell and broke my Fibula bone where it connects to my ankle. He promptly had me is surgery. This was a hellacious fall and break. He has been the best doctor anyone could ask for. Under these conditions, when I feel like there is no end to this...he reassures me that my ankle is healing and this is part of the process. I’m very grateful & thankful.
Saw him twice for shoulder pain. 1st visit gave me a shot for what he said was bursitis. 2nd visit, after getting MRIs, he said couldn't help me and to go see a neck specialist. Forgets to give me the paper with the specialist, I go back in to get it, hands me paper with just the name of the facility, no actual name of Dr to ask for. I called the facility & they said they don't treat what I had. 1st visit, I waited a long time, 2nd not so much. Both times felt rushed & not listened to.
