My husband, myself, and our children (2 and 4) all visited Dr. O'Connell's office last week. He was wonderful, as well as the office staff and dental hygienists. Couldn't have asked for a better experience all around.
From the moment I called Dr. O'Connell's office for a quote to the time I first walked into the office, everyone was so helpful, nice, and welcoming. Everything I needed to know about my insurance coverage was explained to me so there wasn't any confusion. Everyone in that office is so friendly, and upbeat, it makes the experience such a pleasant one. I've been to many dentists in my lifetime and Dr. O'Connell's work is far superior to them all. I highly recommend this office.
Dr. O'Connell and his staff are wonderful. I have a son with high functioning Autism and some of his first experiences with dentists did not go well. We had a very different experience at Dr O'Connell's. My son was so calm and felt safe with everyone who worked with him. Their approach is what has made the difference. I would highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey O'Connell and his staff to anyone.
