From Linda, to Bianca, to Dr. O’Connell they all make everyone feel right at home. All 3 have wonderful personalities and bed side manner. Linda explained all my insurance benefits and potential out of pocket expenses. My cleaning and exam was very thorough. Most people are usually anxiety ridden when going to the dentist, but I can promise you that is not the case with this office. I will definitely be back and refer all my friends and family.
Dr. Jeffery O’Connell has done five crowns for me over the course of three years. I think he is the best technician I have every encountered. The staff are welcoming and professional. The office is easy to get to and always spotless

As I had written and posted above, there is no one better that I know in his field and every Dentist and professor @ UConn Dental have remarked on what a truly great bridge was created for me, I mean 1 after another. Hands down best experience I ever had at the dentist EVER. Calm, tranquil and relaxing the opposite of what you would think of a dentist office. Extremely professional and caring would absolutely recommend them to any and all.
I can't possibly imagine going anywhere else for my dental care. Dr. Jeffrey O'Connell takes his time with each and every patient. The office is conveniently located in downtown Fairfield with a private parking lot located behind the building. At no point during my visit was I worried or concerned. Dr. Jeffrey O'Connell and his staff are exceptional. He is personable, understanding and caring. He is easily the most skilled and diligent dentist I have ever been to.
Love Dr. Jeff. I've been going to him since he took over Dr. Lund's practice. Felt so at home with him and the people in the office. They are all great. Always feel like I have the most up to date care - super professional and so knowledgeable. Though I would have options to go to another dentist closer to home, I will not change.
I feel so at home with this bunch. The service here is so welcoming. The staff is a pleasure and Jeff is like the guy next door.. He's a great dentist-warm and professional--and particular about the quality of his work. Kristy does a wonderful cleaning and exam-the best. Brandi is always a pleasure to work with and Deena makes everyone relax in the chair. Tara is always cheerful and welcoming and the office is comfortable and immaculate. Am I impressed-you can bet I am. A great crew!!!!!
