He was very friendly and very knowledgeable
This was a terrible experience. I found Dr. Muhlrad extremely disrespectful, elitist, and condescending. We were there for a consult for my 94 year old mom who lives in extreme pain and has very few avenues for relief. Though we knew surgery wasn’t practical, seeking an orthopedic consult was just part of our search for any option of pain management. I waited more than a month for this appointment and I was so disappointed with this doctor words cannot describe. I’ve been in excruciating pain and was hoping to get some answers and a course of treatment and not only did this doctor not know my chart despite my filling out all the forms, he changed his suggested plan three times. He lacked bedside manner and had absolutely no concern or even inquiry into what he was suggesting versus how it would affect me or my life. I will never go back to this guy
