Dr. Conrad and his entire staff are incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m receiving the right treatment for my shoulder injury, including my first ever surgery. I expected the process to be stressful, but Dr. Conrad has made everything feel manageable and reassuring. I continue to feel well cared for and confident that I’m in great hands. Overall, it’s been a surprisingly low-stress experience.
The staff are very helpful and caring . Dr. Conrad and his PA Nurse are very professional, thoughtful, caring and very helpful. Explains treatment and options. Allows for questions and answers. Wait time is minimal. You never feel rushed. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Conrad was very helpful & personable. I felt like he really listened and seemed to understand how I was feeling. He did what he could to help me and continue my journey to feeling better.
I had pre-registered online so when I came in check-in was a breeze. The woman at the desk named Dwanda was friendly and professional. I did not have a long wait. Dr. Conrad is also professional and answered my questions and explained my options.
Excellent experience; Dr Conrad was patient, kind, and understanding. He was also very helpful and went above and beyond the expected duties.
