Tonight was my 2nd time here. My 1st time was a bad experience. Gave them a 2nd chance and they screwed up my pedicure appointment AGAIN! So frustrating to experience the same issues! NOT a place to get your nails done at. I unfortunately still have a gift card for here.... so maybe next time I will try another service. To top it all off, I went to check out and stood at the front desk in front of Andrea while she sat there and scrolled through her cell phone for several minutes not noticing me.
