Dr. Kaplan is amazingly caring, supportive, knowledgeable and just an all around excellent Neurologist.
Dr. Kaplan is a doctor that sits and listens to you. He's very knowledgeable & has helped with my Multiple Sclerosis more than any doctor ever has. The whole office staff seems to really care for their patients.
Dr. Kaplan is very professional. He works with the patient to uncover the what the actual cause of the illness is. He will explore all alternatives to find the best way to assist the patient. In addition, he spends quality time with the patient and answers any and all questions.
Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable about migraine headaches and treatment! I would definitely recommend Dr, Kaplan!
Dr Kaplan is a very caring person. He has an awesome bedside manner and talks to me like a real person in words I can understand. I trust him completely. He is very thorough and very accommodating. I would recommend him to all my friend and have recommended him to my other family members. He is wonderful. I couldn't ask for anything more.
I was so impressed with the whole staff and Dr. Kaplan. My first appointment to this office was 2.5 hours and it was extremely thorough. Dr. Kaplan showed me my MRI images and explained completely what my symptoms were and what we needed to do for further testing. I am extremely grateful to have him on my health care team!
When I was first diagnosed with MS I had the most wonderful dr. I've had to relocate twice and have not been able to find a dr as wonderful as my first dr. The last two dr's had me continue what I had been doing (maintaining). A patient just knows when a dr really has their best interest at heart and they go the extra mile to help them. When I met dr Kaplan for my appt I felt hope again. I felt that he really cared about me not just as a patient but as a person. Thank you
Spent time answering questions and helping me to understand my symptoms
Dr Kaplan is one of very few Doctors I've encountered who truly places his patient care at the top of his personal priority list. He shows GENUINE concern for my health both emotionally and physically and takes the time both to listen and to dialogue so that I am a part of my care. Everyone in the office has that attitude of service and care toward the patients and it's very evident upon each visit that the entire office is a step above. I drive from many states away gladly to receive care here.
