I am taken seriously and I am confident that I will always get an excellent service. Dr. Kaplan is knowledgeable and very experience and have been taking care of me in the past several years. Dr. Kaplan is the best neurologist I have ever seen. He listens to my concerns and needs. He is emphatic and caring. He is a great doctor and I am so glad I found him.
I was having issues with my past NEURO NOT having any time for appointments.. A friend told me to call Dr. Kaplan. I talked to his staff, and agreed that I need to see somebody more than once every two years and to monitor the medicine that I take. Dr Kaplan arranged his schedule to make a time for my appointment. Dr Kaplan spent time with me, ordered many blood tests, ordered a second MRI and got me in speech therapy to try to help with my swallowing... He and his staff are amazing!
I have been a patient of Dr. Kaplan since 2003. I find Dr. Kaplan to be curteous, kind, great bedside manners, and very informed in neurological disorders. Dr. Kaplan has been my Dr. since late Nov. 2017, and it now Aug. 2018. He is a very compassionate and caring doctor. He listens to you as you tell your history.and issues. If he is not sure to give a diagnosis, he not afraid to get a second opinion. This what happened to me. The thing about Dr. Kaplan that is important to me is that he know his patients Between the his PAs (which Jennifer Ravenscroft is my PA) they go above and beyond with communication to you the patient. They get 10*******
