First time patient of Dr Kann. I was impressed by his straightforward explanation of my symptoms and quick diagnosis. He described my diagnosis in layman's terms instead of medical terminology, answered questions, and explained that no treatment was required at this time unless symptoms progressed.
He is always so nice and patient. He really listens!
Dr Hann assured me he could help get my finger feeling better, a long with the help of PT.
He listened to my concerns and assured me that one condition that concerned me was not relevant to my case. He discussed that different ways to address the situation and did not think a surgical procedure was necessary. I received a cortisone injection and was told if it didn't relieve the condition we could move on to the next option.
Mr.Kann, as well as everyone I talked to in the office were friendly, compassionate and helpful. I felt heard and above all else, helped hope I never get hurt again, but if I do, this is definitely who you need to talk to.
