They are extremely reliable. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. My surgery went very well as did my recovery. This physician even calls his patients at home the evening of their procedure to check on them. I would and do recommend this physician to friends.

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

I was recently on vacation in Myrtle Beach and required an emergency wisdom tooth extraction because of a severe abcess. Dr. Wallen saw me within two hours of an initial call. Assessed and extracted the tooth in question. Saw me on follow-up three out of the next four days because of the severity of the infection. He provided me with excellent treatment 1000 miles from home! His staff was helpful and courteous. A dental nightmare was stopped in its tracks by Dr. Wallen and his staff. W.T., New Bedford, Ma.
