The Atlantic Oral Surgery & Implant Center. I've been to Dr. Jeffrey H. Wallen several times now, and have always had a very good experience. Dr. Wallen always explains the procedures to help the patient feel comfortable and pain free. He is very professional, understanding, and gives you all the options available to help his clients understand the procedure being done. No, they didn't even attempt to explain Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was very satisfied with my visit. I will be scheduling a wisdom teeth extraction procedure in the near future.
