Dr. Chasteen is the best! He’s been my doctor for 4 years - he’s helpful, fast, efficient, and very personable. And I’m the kind of person who has a thousand questions when I go in — and he has the answers. He’s fit me in a few times with little notice for emergencies, the urgent care hours are great, and I’ve never waited in the office for more than 10 minutes. I’ve never had a better family care doctor — honestly!!!
Don't ask questions, or his ego will get bruised! After two phone calls and waiting three days, I was finally able to reach Dr. Chasteen's nurse and ask a few very simple, straightforward questions about conflicting information I received which was counter to what other doctors had told me in the past. The next day, I get a call back from his nurse telling me he would no longer be seeing me as a patient, and that I needed to find another doctor. He expects you to follow his orders blindly with
